Step 2: Complete your enrollment, which includes your 3-bureau credit reports/scores, credit monitoring, Attorney representation for FCRA/FDCPA Violations and identity theft cases.
Step 3: Designate the items you want investigated, and authorize letters to be mailed on your behalf. Investigation letters are produced and mailed every thirty to thirty-five days. Each enrolled account typically requires between two to four letter rounds to determine if it is inaccurate, illegal, out dated, or unfair. You receive copies of all letters mailed.
Step 5: Support staff will review and update your accounts using your responses and updated credit reports. As each round ends, you will receive an updated credit summary showing results, updated credit strategy, and recommendations to improve or build your credit.
